Shipping

We ship your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery time is typically 4–7 business days, as your items are currently dispatched from our international warehouse.
This allows us to scale Nordiva into a global brand — and therefore we no longer ship exclusively from Scandinavia.

You will always receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package has left our warehouse.


Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order, provided the product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer support at contact@naro.se with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will send you a return form by email. Print it and include it inside the return package.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method, and send us the tracking number.

  4. Once the return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout. This typically takes 1–3 business days.

Important: Returns sent without contacting us beforehand will not be approved.


Return Address & Shipping Cost

You will receive the correct return address from our support team.

For standard returns (right of withdrawal), the return shipping fee of $15 CAD (including any import handling) is paid by the customer.
If your product is defective or damaged, we will of course cover the return shipping cost.

Unclaimed packages will incur a $15 CAD handling fee.


Warranty & Claims

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at contact@naro.se and we will assist you right away.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, a $15 CAD administration fee may apply.
Contact us and we will help you as long as the package has not yet been shipped.


Important Delivery Information

If your package is too large for your mailbox or community mailbox, you will receive a notice from Canada Post or the assigned carrier, and you can pick it up at your nearest pickup location.

During high-volume periods, there may occasionally be delays. We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, but in rare cases delivery may take up to 15 days.
We do not provide compensation for delays.


Duties & Import Fees

If your order ships from our international warehouse, you may be responsible for applicable import duties or taxes depending on Canadian customs regulations.
We recommend checking the current duty thresholds before placing an order.


Seasonal Delivery Notice

During peak seasons — such as summer, holidays, major sales events, and promotional campaigns — delivery times may vary due to increased demand and carrier delays.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that delays may occur during these periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we always work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
